THE McCLINTOCK BUILDING
The new McClintock Building will be a 100,850 square foot, PDR/Office building located at the crossroads of San Francisco’s SOMA, Potrero Hill, Mission Bay, and Mission districts. The first floor is dedicated entirely to PDR use with second floor office space. Envisioned by Pfau Long Architects, the space will incorporate a seismic upgrade, all new building systems, a central atrium with operable “greenhouse” roof, and a roof deck with panoramic views seamlessly blending with the building’s 1938 art-deco style. The building is currently seeking new tenants and will be open for occupancy in summer 2015.
